Interested in exhibiting at ECC?

NOTICE: Due to increased security concerns after the Phoenix Comicon incident we will be forced to hire more police and guards to ensure a safer convention for fans and vendors. Because of this, we are adding $10 to each booth, exhibitor table, and  comic creator table. We will also be adding $1 to each admission ticket to spread the costs to everyone. Crucial Entertainment will cover the difference.
  • Setup Time for Friday, April 27th:  load in from 7am to 2 pm
  •  Breakdown is Sunday 6 PM. Exhibitors will not be permitted to leave through the bay door any earlier than 6 PM.

Includes 6ft. table and 2 chairs. Includes 2 exhibitor passes. (because of the size of the area there are only 2 passes available) This space is approx 7’x8′.

NOTICE: This space is for comic artists, writers, and small press publishers only. You MUST be selling a comic you have created or published. You may also sell T-shirts, posters, and prints, but your primary item must be comics you have had some involvement in.

This is a special price for comic creators — this is a comic convention, and we believe it is important that comic creators can have a chance to exhibit at a reasonable price. We discount these tables to comic creators to ensure that The East Coast Comicon is truly focused on comics.

EXHIBITOR MAY NOT EXTEND THEIR SPACE FURTHER THAN THE DESIGNATED TABLE AREA. ALL ITEMS FOR SALE MUST EITHER BE ON THE TABLE OR BEHIND THE TABLE. NO ITEMS MAY BE STORED OR OFFERED FOR SALE ON THE SIDE OF OR IN FRONT OF THE TABLE.
